Level 2 Electric Vehicle Charger.   We keep our RV in the gravel pad area at the rear of the property.  This is a corner lot with tons of available street parking on both sides of the home.

This is an ideal location. Ten minutes to downtown. Highly sought after Zilker neighborhood location. Great shops and restaurants right down the hill on Lamar Blvd. Easy access to South Congress, 1st St, and other restaurant and nightlife hotspots.  The best of Austin restaurants and nightlife are so close, yet the neighborhood is peaceful and secluded. Very close to downtown, Barton Springs, the greenbelt.

We bought this property years ago. Local residents. We provide furnished lodging full time. We've been providing lodging for over 25 years. We bought our first property in 1997 by selling our 1982 Jeep CJ5 and using the money from that for a down payment on our first place. This is our sole source of income.
