The stone patio and outdoor fireplace area on one side is the owners front yard and is primarily for owner use. Use of this area would be by invite only.

We bought our first property in 1997 by selling our 1982 Jeep CJ5 and using the money from that for a down payment on our first place. This is our sole source of income.
